Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our Digital Channels and Platforms team in Kuwait, focusing on operational activities for our digital wealth platform, SmartWealth. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing vital support to our distribution sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage account openings and client onboarding processes.
  2. Execute trades, rebalance portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  3. Monitor platform performance, promptly resolving technical issues, and analyzing for enhancements.
  4. Provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support needs.
  5. Collaborate with distribution sales teams to facilitate client onboarding and maintenance.
  6. Maintain accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. Experience: Prior experience in operations management, customer service, or support roles within the financial services industry. Skills: Strong understanding of trading platforms and technologies is preferable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial services.

Special Conditions:

Work hours – Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
