General Description: As a Strategic Partnerships and Product Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our company s performance across our diverse departments, including Marine, Oil and Gas, Capital Projects, and Artificial Intelligence. Your mission is to ensure our product and service offerings are clearly communicated, optimized for high margins, and effectively aligned with our strategic partners and agency agreements. This role requires a dynamic blend of product management, strategic planning, and partner relationship skills to enhance our market positioning and achieve our revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Product Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and service offerings, with a focus on high-margin items. Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to prioritize and optimize our portfolio. Strategic Partnerships Management: Serve as the primary liaison between our company and strategic partners/agencies. Ensure partners are fully engaged and equipped to effectively market and implement our solutions. Internal Coordination: Work closely with department heads and teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals, product knowledge, and market approaches. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to leverage synergies and streamline processes. Communication and Training: Develop and implement training programs and materials for internal teams and partners, ensuring clear understanding and effective presentation of our products and services. Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans to enhance market share and profitability. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets. Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to inform strategic decisions and product development. Reporting: Provide regular reports on portfolio performance, partner activities, and strategic initiative outcomes to senior management.","requirements":" Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or business development, preferably in the Marine, Oil and Gas, or AI sectors. Strong understanding of market analysis, product marketing strategies, and partnership management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
