Job details

Responsibilities Generation of Manpower sales. Generation of new leads for LSTK Mechanical and E&I projects in SABIC and ARAMCO and other oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants. Identifies current and future customer requirements. Regular visit to customer to understand the technical and commercial requirement. Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers. Extensive support in achieving the division target. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.  Minimum Competence Requirement • Degree in Mechanical or others from recognized institutes. • 5 - 7 years of field experience as Sales Executive - manpower, LSTK Mechanical and E&I projects in oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants. • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in manpower sales in KSA for SABIC & ARAMCO LSTK projects.
