Job details
FUNCTION:To anticipate and meet the needs and desires of all guests, to maintain the established standard of service, and to adhere to the policies and procedures of the restaurantRESPONSIBILITIES:-Anticipate and attend to the guestâ€s needs and desires immediately.-Maintain your self appearance in accordance with the restaurant grooming standards.-Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.-Acquire a full knowledge of the restaurantâ€s food and beverage service policies and procedures.-Maintain superior levels of food and beverage service to restaurant guests.-Comply with the hotelâ€s standards when producing and dispensing beverages products. -Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to beverage product.-Perform monthly stock takes in association with the restaurant supervisor.-Have a solid knowledge of mixing and dispensing of cocktail style beverages.-Participate in all rostered theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.-Comply with all of the restaurantâ€s operational policies
