The successful candidate will be one withexceptional organisational and people skills, as well as the ability to interact with stakeholders at alllevels of the organisation.Duties & Responsibilities Answering overflow of calls from the switchboard. Standing in for reception during lunch hour. Standing in for reception when necessary. Assisting reception with ordering stationery and other admin requirements. Ordering order books and capturing number sequences for internal records. Assisting with overnight bags and courier collection. Updating meeting room bookings for admin building.
