This will include preparing cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.RESPONSIBILITIESDirectorship of new small to medium multi disciplinary professional practice in-house to a large property portfolio.All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a Principal PQS from inception to completion & FM handover.Principle agency and project management with value and programme management.Budget and life cycle planning & implementation.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Valid SACQSP Registration & Good Standing.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.SKILLSSenior Consultant / Client QS position held in pa private SA firm for a minimum of 5 years.Principal agency and project management.Directorship & Business administration.Professional multi disciplinary team management.Building contract administration.Practical industry knowledge experience and mentorship abilities.Psychometric tests are required to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates.Should you not have been contacted by 30 April 2024 please consider your application unsuccessful.Working Place:
