Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: üKnowledge §Confirmed expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Relevant exposure to automated financial and accounting reporting systems §Keen ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections §Confirmed experience in short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis üExperience ·Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management ·5 to 7 years' experience in audit, M&A, or internal control in a multinational or in an audit/consulting firm ·Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations in Southern Africa ·Strong skills and proficiency in MS Software ·Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports ·Experience abroad would be an asset üSkills ·Excellent communication and presentation skills ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment ·Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure ·Ability to work independently and manage frequent travel ·English proficiency
