Maintain and resolve customer related issues. Present and defend Fidelity Secure Drive all fitment related issues where required to contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service. The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.Duties & Responsibilities: The job holder is required to manage and maintain all allocated resources.Vehicle cleanlinessTraffic offencesRoadworthinessToolsSafekeeping of tools are good and serviced.StockComplete stock takeResolve all missing stock.Cell PhoneDevices are operational. Monitor data usage.UniformMaintain uniform.Ensure clean and presentable as per PsiraPerform daily administration and duties to ensure the smooth running of the technical function.Perform office administrative function w.r.t filing of registers, updating of database etc.Complete on the job coachingWith technicians where requiredAttend to all Complaints when required.Offer product support onsite and remotely.Dealing with technical and client queriesAssist with fitments when required.Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelinesRepair, Maintain and Installation of Tracking SystemsMaintain fitment quality.Assist with technical evaluations and repairs. Implement new fitment techniques (OEM fitment guideline requirement implementation) Specialized fitment techniques.Ensure that personal hygiene is maintained (as per PSIRA),Company uniform in good conditionEnsure familiarity and adherence to applicable company policies and procedures.Attend and take initiative to develop own skills.Providing comprehensive feedback to internal role playerMinimum qualifications and experience:MatricDriver's license (code B),Clear Criminal RecordPsira Grade CTrade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferred,Auto-electricians qualification advantageous,At least 6-10 years' experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipment.Attributes:Action orientated.Good fault finding skills.Attention to detail.Problem Solving
