These jobs were popular with other job seekers As the change and comms specialist for payroll transformation, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and landing payroll changes in markets. You will need to enable seamless and sustainable change whilst ensuring business continuity throughout the change journey. You will be responsible for implementing the Global Payroll Transformation change strategies and plans, communicating changes to stakeholders and building capability for change adoption. Duties & Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of change management plans to drive successful adoption payroll changes. Collaborate with leadership, PEX teams, HR and relevant stakeholders to assess change impact on teams, processes and individuals, identify and address resistance, and develop mitigation plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their support and engagement throughout the change journey. Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder analysis and plans, change readiness assessments, and communication planning. Land journey communication plans throughout the change process, ensuring the right messages reach the right stakeholder audience at the right time, in a clear, consistent, and aligned way. Create and execute relevant journey capability programs to equip impacted leaders and employees with the necessary mindset and skills to navigate change successfully. Identify and mitigate risk that would prevent the payroll transformation from achieving its desired change. Evaluate the effectiveness of overall and journey change activities, implement measurement activities and collect feedback to make data driven adjustments, as required. Track metrics and key performance indicators to measure and report the success of the journey change efforts. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in Communication, Business or equivalent education desirable. Minimum 1-3 years' experience of change management in a global setting. Experience in multi-country or multi programme change is desirable. Proven experience in leading communication for significant business changes. Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and showcase outcomes. A track record of delivering long-lasting change. Project experience with Agile project delivery.
