You will be at the forefront of forging strategic business partnerships with companies and individuals that can send qualified leads to a real estate loan originator. You will also manage the existing affiliate marketing program to help fuel our success.Benefits:Work from home, flexible hoursBe a key member of a small teamFurther your career with professional mentorshipFast paced startup environment, global teamGet things done while having funHelp real people succeed in businessGet rewards and bonuses for working hardUnlimited days offResponsibilities:Source new partners that can send qualified leads to a provider of real estate loansIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with New Silver's goals and objectives.Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic affiliate partners to maximize revenue opportunities.Manage relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.Understand the needs and motivations of potential partners and affiliates and craft compelling value propositions that resonate with them.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologiesAnalyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with industry players.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience (5 plus years) developing partnerships within the fintech or real estate industry.Experience working with Impact, ShareASale, FlexOffers, CJ Affiliate or similar affiliate networkStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and an understanding of digital marketing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.Environment and Culture:We work hard, days can be long, but we get rewarded for itWe are driving for growthWe are available and responsiveWe think ahead, but we get things done quicklyWe move fast, but try not to break things
