We strive to provide good quality products to millions of people worldwide.The right candidate is one that is suitably qualified & looking for growth within the brand. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDay to day management of sales territory with specific reference to new accounts and existing accountsFollow up on sale leads in a timely manner and ensure all customer queries are addressed in a timeously and effective manner, thus ensuring customer satisfactionStrategically time managing your own diary in terms of journey planning, by arranging appointments with prospective new business, or 'cold' calling/prospecting in areas for developmentWork with others in the team for opportunities to achieve territory monthly sales targetsPlan how to seek out and target those customers within the sales region and secure more new products being introducedCompetitive Intelligence - reviewing, researching and analysing competitors in an endevours to ensure that the company remain a strong force in the marketMaintain daily contact with team; regularly attend company meetings, conferences, seminars and trade shows as requiredPrepare detailed accurate reports of all visits made and on a timely basis. Maintain and update reportsAchieve the set targets in all given areas and customer sales performanceManaging all retailer/DC and other accounts with the focus on retention of current business and increasing product linesKey account managementDesired Experience & QualificationRelevant qualification will be highly advantageousA minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales position in the FMCG industry (preferably in beauty/cosmetics)Proven track record of delivering Sales revenue via various methodsExperience of proposal writing and presentations with excellent written communicationStrong commercial skill including analyzing turnover, profit marginsExtensive experience in all aspects of Sales pipeline managementKnowledge of prospects, customers and market dynamics within the Hair and Beauty sector a distinct advantageWillingness to travel - ad hocGood communication and interpersonal skillsNegotiating SkillsSelf-starter with positive can-do attitudeCustomer focused and target drivenPersuasive communication and presentation skillsDriven and determined to meet targetsLove a challenge and thrive in a competitive environmentConfident in using your own initiativeExperience in a field based role is desirableExcellent team player, with strong demonstrable evidence of influencing and negotiating skills as well as the ability to forge strong internal and external working relationships.Package & RemunerationR18k to R20k Basic plus commissionInterested?Please apply directly on PNet if interested in this position.
