The System Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems and servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for technology.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and serversMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issuesPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and updatesIdentify and resolve hardware and software issuesManage user accounts and permissionsEnsure network security and data protectionCollaborate with other IT staff to implement new systems and upgradesTrain and support end-users on software and hardware usageDocument system configurations and proceduresStay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trendsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a System AdministratorStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)Familiarity with network protocols and security standardsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksCertification in relevant technologies is a plus (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware)If you are a highly motivated and skilled System Administrator looking to join a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
