Job details
Project Manager's responsibilities include working closely with our Professional Services Team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, schedules, and risk management, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation.The Project Manager's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop a detailed project plan, uploaded to Numatas CRM, to monitor and track progressMaintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.Manage and own IT Roadmap for key clients and meet with clients and stakeholders regularly to ensure the projects are completed as required.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Ensuring project deadlines are met.Determining project changes.Providing administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required.Developing project strategies.Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.Conduct Project Closure meetings with all clientsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationReport and escalate to management as needed
