Submit your resume on Kate@salixrecruitment.co.za Duties:Support in the preparation and examination of consolidated Group accounts for each reporting cycle, presenting findings to the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the BoardOversee the assessment of financial reports from subsidiariesProvide guidance on technical matters and the drafting of technical documentation.Facilitate consolidation pack training for financial managersCreate and assess consolidated Group financial statementsCoordinate with external audit firmsEnsure prompt and effective resolution of issues to elevate client serviceSupervise client query procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and resolutionFoster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Actively engage in and encourage change initiativesDrive innovation by proposing, sharing, and implementing new conceptsIdentify strategies to optimize cost efficiency and operational productivityJob Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:MatricBCom AccountingCTACA(SA)Experience:Completed articles, at a Big 4 audit firm1-2 years post article experienceMinimum of 2 years of robust experience in IFRS reportingProficiency in reporting and consolidations at a Group level is mandatory.Previous engagement with EXCO and senior stakeholders is strongly preferredSkills & Competencies:Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsA collaborative team player with high integrityIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
