Your Tasks The Tax Project Management Office is responsible for tax topics with regard to global M&A activities and the management of major tax projects such as the introduction of global minimum taxation (Pillar 2). Tax advice on M&A and Venture Capital transactions (including integration projects, divestments, reorganization projects and establishment of new legal entities) Participation in the development or adaptation of the Group tax strategy and active involvement in the planning and implementation of tax strategy projects Development of concepts to further development of the Tax function Management and coordination of internal and external tax advisors Proactive monitoring and review of legislative changes in the field of national and international tax law Your Profile University education in law or economics (master's degree, German diploma or state examination) with focus in tax laws Several years professional experience in similar tax positions within multinational companies and / or advisory firms Certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) is a plus Strong knowledge in national and international corporate tax law Demonstrated tax project management, communication and presentation skills Ability and to work independently and to carry out cross-functional projects Confident and convincing appearance as well as strong ability to collaborate Fluent in English for business purposes Additional information We embrace Diversity and Inclusion and are committed to providing equal opportunities to all of our applicants - regardless of race, gender, age, religion and beliefs, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, cultural, ethnic or national origins.
