Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you'll do/Responsibilities Working with functional resources, analyze code to discover issues, propose fixes and enhancements; create detailed technical specs for any new changes. Monitor interfaces for issues, resolve tickets entered by users Expected Deliverables: Bug fixes, effort estimation, solution feasibility, clear communication, boundary system postings should be successful in target in a timely manner; follow client's change management process Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP PI/PO and ABAP programs. This includes designing data models, creating technical specifications, and troubleshooting system issues. Engage in the integration of SAP with other systems using PI/PO tools. This may involve creating and maintaining interfaces, mapping, and adapter configurations. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP PI/PO and ABAP programs to ensure optimal system performance. Participate in system upgrades and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining system integrity. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving any issues related to the SAP PI/PO and ABAP programs, and training users on new functionalities and updates. This is a remote role. The Team The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. Qualifications Required 5+ years of S/4 HANA, SAP PI/PO and ABAP integration and development experience 5+ years experience in developing, testing, and implementing SAP PI/PO and ABAP programs Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points. Knowledge in XML, XSLT, and web services Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning. Consulting experience Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
