Permanent position, full-time - Cologne

Your tasks

• As a member of the NC ITS management team, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your future 5-person team
• You will be responsible for software distribution on tens of thousands of Windows computers with over 900 software packages
• You will be responsible for the operation and control of packaging processes and software deployment for our customers and our internal IT department
• You will optimize our packaging factory and also ensure quality management
• You support the conversion of the packaging process to Powershell App Deploy Toolkit
• You lead situationally adapted to the respective employees and support their development
• You fill vacant positions by continuing the recruiting process together with our HR department
• You act as a coach in your team and support your employees (m/f/d) in their development
• You are responsible for building and expanding your team as well as staff scheduling and utilization

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have already gained professional experience in an IT environment and in a management position with personnel responsibility
• Experience with the application of service management processes (ITIL) (perhaps even with certificates) is an advantage
• You have a deep understanding of the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• Ideally, you already have practical experience with software distribution systems
• Android, iOS / MacOS are no stranger to you - quite the opposite!
• Your actions are results-oriented, independent and based on entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
