Responsibility for a social healthcare system: We are looking to support our IT administration at the head office in Lahr with effect from August 1, 2024 or at the earliest possible date for a
IT support employee (m/f/d)
full-time (38.5 hours/week).Your task with us:
- Customer-oriented helpdesk and hotline support via our JIRA IT service desk portal
- First-level support for Windows clients (Win 10/11) and peripherals (desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, multifunctional devices)
- Support for printer management under MS Windows print server
- Refueling, configuring and personalizing the clients using OS Deployment
- Installing software with the help of our software distribution system (Deskcenter)
- Provision of hardware (PC, notebook, printer, monitors, etc.)
- Support for our mobile device management for smartphones and tablets
- UPS management: central administration and monitoring of the UPSs in the head office and branch offices
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in first-level support
- Basic knowledge of Windows server operating system
- Knowledge of Windows Server user and printer administration (AD)
- Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems (Win 10/11)
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working, as well as team spirit and communication skills

- Knowledge of Lotus Notes is an advantage
