Client Onboarding Specialist

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze new clients’ profiles for potential legal and financial conflicts.
• Collect and review documents to meet AML/KYC due diligence requirements.
• Engage with customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.
• Ensure the CDD information held to be in line with the policies and procedures.
• Implement and complete ad-hoc work/projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, any AML related certification will be an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in similar (AML/CDD) roles in a professional/legal services setting and understanding of offshore/onshore clients (as an advantage).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and good time management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
