Company Description GO Mammoth ( is the UK's largest team sports provider for adults. They offer a wide range of recreational sports leagues across the country, including Netball, Football, Dodgeball, Basketball, Volleyball, and more. They are also experts in corporate sports-based team building events and on-site and virtual wellness solutions. Role Description This is a part-time (1-3 days per week) hybrid role as a Customer Service representative at GO Mammoth. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer experiences. While the role is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, there is flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Passion for sports and a knowledge of team sports is beneficial
