ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you’ll lead the digital advertising solutions team. This team works with clients to create powerful advertising solutions that help the brands to connect, engage, and transact with the platform’s audiences. Leading a team of between three and six digital marketers, you’ll oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, analyse performance data to maximise effectiveness and ROI, and cultivate strong partnerships with clients. You’ll also be personally responsible for handling the largest clients. This is a really collaborative role, and you’ll work closely with the other teams (especially sales and account management) to make sure they know how to discuss advertising solutions with the clients .

• Develop and implement advertising strategies for clients to meet their business objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, maximising effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend actionable adjustments to optimise results.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of digital marketers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Skills & Experience This role requires a seasoned digital marketing professional with several years of experience under their belt, particularly in email and social marketing. Strong proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools is essential, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you’ll have leadership qualities, and will be up for the challenge of running your own team as well as collaborating closely with other departments.

• Several years of digital marketing experience, with emphasis on email and social marketing.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of digital marketers.
