Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, Business

Job Description • Smoothen processes end to end, minimize defects and, build existing BAU capacity with the establishment of following governance: § Policy procedure focuses on process improvement and sourcing management § Measurement encompasses tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing costs, and ensuring compliance adherence. § Practice of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. § Technology includes Microsoft Power Apps, RPA,OCR & automation apps. • Optimize internal processes by eliminating non-value steps, streamlining workflows, and implementing automation solutions. • Review and renegotiate services with outsourced and insourced parties to cultivate value-added partnerships and optimize costs. • To achieve growth and expansion of business across functions by establishing following governance § Policy procedure on Transformation Office § Measurement encompasses Capex, Opex, Bal. Sheet, P&L, AUM. § Guidance pertaining Target Operating Model (TOM)§ Technology Strategy includes Buy/Build, Cloud/on-prem, in-house/insource/out-source. Job Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience minimum 7 years in business and operations transformation roles, preferably in a leadership capacity. • Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency principles, and change management methodologies. • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives, • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. • Certifications in relevant areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Project Management are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
