The Role

What you’ll do

1. Design and develop software applications based on given requirements and specifications, including testing & commissioning and debugging of software applications.
2. Collaborate as a project team member on software design matters and identifying issues.
3. Capture and evaluate customer and internal requirements with minimal supervision.
4. Identify and tailor suitable concepts in terms of function, technology, and effort.
5. Develop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams, design analysis, and documentation in support of design and developments.
6. Innovate, propose new ideas, and define the technical approach to challenging problems.

Requirements

What you must have:

• Minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Required to have experience with:

• Design & development of applications using C#/.Net
• Relational database (T-SQL)
• Source control tools (preferably Git)
• Web Development (ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and Angular)
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and MVC concepts will have added advantage.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and leadership skill.
• Customer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules.

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks.
• Participation in medium to large projects using agile software development methodologies.
• Experience as a technical leader of small teams.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Swarm/ Kubernetes).
