Accounting Manager (MNC)

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing a team of accounting professionals, and implementing strong internal controls. Description

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the current financial standard.
• Oversee the closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Preparation of financial statement.
• Work closely with internal audit to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Internal Controls:
  • Develop and implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the company's relationship with external auditors.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets to support financial planning.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of cost savings or revenue improvement.
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare tax provisions and work with external tax advisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments within the company (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations).

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or equivalent a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standard.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
