To find out more, please visit  About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations to support the sales initiatives within the team. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the orders processing, leads sourcing, optimizing our sales processes, improving sales efficiency, and supporting the achievement of our sales goals. You will work closely with the Business Development team, management, and cross-functional departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations. Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and generate sales leads and sales opportunities for all brands under RPG’s portfolio.
  • Schedule sales meetings with potential leads, and assign any potential leads to Sales & Partnership reps to follow up.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Process order requests, arrange for order logistics and shipments from warehouse to customers and working partners. 
  • Collaborate with sales & finance teams to maintain payment listings and follow up on payments to ensure payments are collected according to payment terms.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement within the sales organization and implement changes to optimize sales operations.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools, software, and technologies to support the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales data, reports, and performance dashboards to the team and the management.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between sales and other departments, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales analytics, or similar role.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes, sales metrics, and KPIs.
  • Self-starter, who is able to handle multiple competing priorities and operate successfully in a complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for driving sales excellence.
  • Hunger spirit and willing to hustle to hit the ground running
