Account Receivable Manager

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable manager to join our Finance team, to drive operational excellence in our Order-to-Cash process through strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and the leveraging of technology. What You'll Be Doing

• You'll be setting up and defining the SLA and KPI for our FinOps team
• Putting together the systems and processes that will keep track of our SLA and KPI
• Dive into how the team is doing, spot the clues for how we can do better, and suggest the next moves
• Help us write the SOPs and policies that will make our Accounts Receivable (AR) workflow more effective and efficient
• Run some fun and informative workshops or training sessions to boost our team's productivity and knowledge
• Take our junior team members under your wing and coach them to develop their skills and confidence
• You'll be leading the charge on delivering the process changes required in Finance Operations in cross-functional projects

• Fluent English Speakers: Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries in English
• Analytical Thinkers: Proficiency in analyzing financial data and identifying trends; Ability to make informed decisions to optimize collection strategies and assess credit risks
• Meticulous with Details: Innate focus on accuracy in invoicing, payment applications, and reconciliations; Aversion to errors and discrepancies, ensuring high-quality financial records
• Problem-Solving Enthusiasts: Creative and efficient approach to solving issues, such as late payments or disputes; Ability to navigate and resolve challenges effectively
• Independent Self-Starters: Capable of working autonomously with minimal direction; Maintains high energy and activity levels to achieve set goals
• Masters of Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute tasks quickly and drive implementation of workflow improvements; Skilled in handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Customer-Focused Communicators; Excellence in developing quick connections and maintaining robust customer relationships; Confident in engaging with a diverse range of individuals, from entry-level positions to C-suite executives, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling their needs
• Change Leaders: Supportive of organizational change, with the ability to envision and articulate the intended outcomes; Provides clear direction and focus throughout the change process
• Automation Implementers: Experienced in implementing automation initiatives that integrate seamlessly into existing processes; Adept at leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Operational Excellence Advocates: Proficient in managing complex operations within a shared services environment; Committed to improving efficiency and effectiveness through strategic operational oversight
• Tech-Savvy Professionals: Experienced with ERP and accounting software, such as Oracle Netsuite, Xero, or similar platforms; Comfortable navigating and optimizing these tools to support financial operation.
