Job Description Open Position: Head of IT Applications & Operations (Healthcare) A reputable company from the Healthcare industry is looking for a Head of IT Applications & Operations to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. The IT Applications Division is responsible for the project management, infrastructure, design, implementation and operational support of all the IT Applications. The team manages and ensures the smooth operations and delivery of IT related projects that serve the Healthcare and Insurance Industries. Responsibilities include: • Managing day-to-day operational support for Business Application systems. • Ensuring adherence of Project Management guidelines, SDLC processes, IT Security standards and Regulatory requirements. • Recommend and execute improvements • Working closely with the Regional Headquarters for implementation of security, infrastructure and compliance policies.
