HR L & D Co-Ordinator / Motor Industry / Dublin West – E8393 Our client is a prestigious motor company seeking a HR L & D Co-Ordinator to support both the Learning and Development and HR. Salary: Circa €45K doe plus benefits. The Role:

  • Assist with the delivery, implementation, and management of identified strategic objectives as specified in strategic plan.
  • Facilitating training needs analysis in order to identify learning priorities across the organisation.
  • Management of the organisational learning and development plan.
  • Co-ordination of the education assistance process and external training process. This will include assistance with H&S related training and records.
  • Designing and delivering core organisational in-house training programmes as identified through training needs analysis and utilising a range of media to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Accurate management and maintenance of the various L&D and HR records including handling and maintaining accurate colleague records.
  • Formulation and development of plans, procedures and programmes to meet specific learning needs as identified in the organisational learning and development plan.
  • Support the HR department to develop continuous learning and development capabilities in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Co-ordinating projects within the Learning and Development Department as required.
  • Administer and support the functioning of the Learner Management Systems.
  • Providing input into the co-ordination and management of engagement and change initiatives.
  • Any other projects/duties as they arise.
  • Work closely with the L&D Manager and HR Manager
The Candidate:
  • Broad experience in the area of training, learning and development.
  • Strong experience in the HR field would be desirable – (Knowledge of Employment Law)
  • Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with a good understanding of best practice in sales processes and systems.
  • Self-motivated and self-confident, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt and facilitate different styles.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening skills and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Data literate with good IT and analytical skills, and high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to influence and gain the respect of our Dealer network.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing technologies, processes, and environments.
  • A persuasive style with a positive determination to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Good project management skills, ability to plan, process and deliver results.
