- Study and analyze training needs in coordination with departments based on strategic objectives and, training needs at the individual, and departmental levels.
- Preparing the annual training plan and measuring the results of the training programs according to the company’s strategic objectives
- Coordinating with training centers, institutes and training institutions to implement training courses for employees according to the approved training plan and budget
- Bachelor's degree in HR, management, or a related field.
- More than 7 - 13 years experience in the field of training.
- Microsoft Office Programs.
- Fluent in English.
