Job Overview: The Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of sales and leasing professionals. This role involves developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales goals, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and leasing professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to maximize productivity and job satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and leasing targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales and lease agreements.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales and leasing skills.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations.
- Identify areas for professional development and implement training programs as needed.
- Monitor team performance against sales and leasing targets.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and property management, to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- Work closely with property owners to understand their goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a real estate or related industry.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Qatari driving license is a must.
