We're on a hunt for a content creator to produce compelling and appealing visuals for Changi Airport's social media channels. If you're a creative genius with a knack for making people go WOW on social, we want you in our squad! Changi Airport is one of the most followed and has high engagement on Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Telegram , TikTok , X , YouTube as well as the Now Boarding blog site. The social media team uses these channels to tell stories about the people and what's new at Changi Airport, the retail and dining scene and what makes Changi such a well-liked airport by travellers around the world. You will have the opportunity to create a wide range of content across different genres for different audience segments on different social media channels, so there's never a dull day when it comes to chalking up your creative portfolio. You'll be the brain behind our visual storytelling magic, creating thumb-stopping content that screams, "You need this in your life!". If you can handle challenging deadlines and thrive on bringing wild ideas to life, you're our kind of unicorn. You'll also be managing Changi's Telegram channel and harnessing this channel to strengthen the Changi brand, inspire travel, and promote activities in the airport. You should be:

  • Passionate. A passion for photography, video, storyboarding, production, editing and ability to collaborate is important.
  • Self-Motivated. You're comfortable working independently and can motivate yourself to accomplish anything. You're great at managing your time and are committed to completing your tasks and meeting your goals. You're a competitor with grit who will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Driven. Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks concurrently without compromising on quality or focus.

  • Curious. An inquisitive mind to suss out interesting story angles and why things work the way it does.
  • Current. Well-informed about pop culture, entertainment trends and how social media channels work and evolve.
You will be:
  • Cooking up mind-blowing visual content for our social media playground which makes the Changi brand pop.
  • Teaming up with the marketing maestros to turn campaigns into social media symphonies.
  • Riding the trends and keep our content looking fresher than a morning smoothie.
  • The maestro from start to finish - ideation, storyboarding, production, and a sprinkle of editing magic.
  • Building and managing Changi Airport's Telegram channel to drive traffic online and in-store.

What you need:
  • Preferably about 2-5 years of production experience and a good understanding of social media channels and user behaviour.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Know how to work a DSLR for photography and videography purposes.
  • Proficient in editing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, After Effects etc), Keynote, Final Cut Pro, iMovie etc.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an aptitude for problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of the digital space and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to deliver effective creative work across platforms.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a strong eye for type and layout in design.
