Job details

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, developing customer relationships and overseeing warehouse and shipping procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop customer relationships in the food supply industry, Communicate with potential customers and business partners.
  • Carrying out instructions from the manager.
  • Negotiate contracts and conclude agreements.
  • Warehouse operation control.
  • Control of delivery of goods from the warehouse to the buyer.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of the order.
  • Communicate with key business leaders and stakeholders and prepare sales reports.
  • Work in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the food supply chain or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.
