Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in sales and marketing within the software development industry . The Lead Generation Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics. 2. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. 3. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and budget constraints. 4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. 6. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including tracking progress against targets. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. 8. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and skill development initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in sales or lead generation is preferred but not required.
