Qualifications & Skills Requirement: -

  • Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Forms, Canva, and digital proficiency
  • Passionate in collating, examining, analyze to identify non-conformities
  • Self-starter, quick learner & initiative in learning new technology & systems
  • Good in decision-making skills, analytical skills & detail-oriented
  • High integrity, organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications & Spreadsheet
  • Good communication skills & ability in written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Law or equivalent in a related discipline.
  Duties & Responsibilities: -  
  1. Support Department Head to make sure the responsible areas - LHR, Ethics, Environmental, Health & Safety practices in the facility in compliance with the policies, documented procedures, legal, other, and customer requirements.
  2. The effectiveness of QMS is achieved.
  3. Assist in the internal audit activities e.g. performing audit inspection to identify areas of deficiencies or gaps, to make sure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented in addressing the deviations for continuous improvement.
  4. Assist in the external audit activities, including preparation of audit files, following up on the implementation of CAPA, closely monitoring the progress status of CAPA, and updating promptly, to ensure smooth closure of the identified non-conformance via the corrective action verification process.
  5. Perform daily/routine administrative duties, to organize and maintain up-to-date compliance records/files/audit paper/reports to meet the department and facility needs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Regular access to the customer portal for information on the standards updates, sharing of the updates with the concerned, coordinating and completing the task assigned (i.e. survey, self-assessment paper, report) by the customer for timely submission, attending the assigned training/e-learning modules.
  7. Regular track and update the new/revise/change of laws, other and customer standards.
  8. Communicate/Information sharing of Customer’s Standards / Code of Conduct updates/revisions by performing training/briefing to the concerned.
  9. Any other task or assignment as and when required.
