The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various business functions including HR finance strategy operations and marketing. Proficiency in operational metrics software tools such as Jira and Salesforce and CRM systems is required. Additionally the candidate should have advanced Excel skills and hold certifications in project management (PMP PMI) and operations management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of daily operations ensuring efficiency productivity and quality across the organization.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to drive business growth streamline processes and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Manage crossfunctional teams and promote a culture of collaboration communication and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress identify areas for improvement and drive decisionmaking.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in business administration Operations Management or related field;MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management with a minimum of 8 12 years in a Senior Management Role.
• Relevant Certification in Project Management (PMP PMI) and Operations Management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Operational metrics Software tools such as Jira and Salesforce and CRM systems is required.
• A track record of driving results and leading crossfunctional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex business challenges effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
