You Will:

  • Sales Strategy : Developing sales strategies to acquire new customers. This involves identifying target industries, segments, and potential clients.
  • Client Engagement : Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and being a trusted advisor to provide appropriate SaaS solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the SaaS solution.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals : Negotiating contract terms and pricing with customers to secure new business and lead deal closures. Speak to senior executives (HR, TA) Department and help to convince HR TA
  • Pipeline Management : Manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and accounts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Revenue Forecasting : Forecast sales revenue and providing regular updates to sales management.
  • Collaboration : Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Managers and other partners (LinkedIn AE’s, project team, marketing, IT support, Sales Ops) to ensure agreement and increase sales process.
  • Market Knowledge : Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to position the SaaS product and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Post - Sales Support : update CRM system for other teams to complete post sale activities 
You Have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • For the Thailand market, fluency in Thai and English to serve customers 
  • For the Philippines market, fluency in Tagalog and English to serve customers 
  • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software  
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions   
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions  
  • Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills  
  • Close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment  
  • Use data to inform decision-making and persuade others   
  • Manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

Virtual First Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you can work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. Also, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of these work equipment are prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
