Freelance Recruiter

Company Description Synerwiz Consultancy is a seasoned IT, Recruitment and Staffing solution provider with wide experience into IT, Non IT, Infrastructure, Mining, PR, Event Management, Logistics, BPO, Architect, etc. They provide manpower services to all sectors and specialize in end-to-end HR support for small and mid-sized firms who do not have a HR team of their own, organizations with their HR team, organizations setting up new ventures within the countries, and MNCs setting up in India. They also provide HR consulting services and Recruitment support. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting talent, need-based recruitment, placement of junior, mid and top management resources, and placement of enthusiastic freshers. The Freelance Recruiter will also be responsible for creating professional job descriptions, designing employment contracts, and salary structures. Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience in creating job descriptions, designing employment contracts, and salary structures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment is a plus
• Experience in end-to-end HR support and HR consulting services is a plus
