Our client is a reputable PE Group. Due to expansion plan in APAC region, they are looking for high caliber candidate to join and help expand the finance function. Responsibilities Reporting to C level, you will be expecting to lead a team. You and the team will oversee day-to-day corporate accounting and fund finance activities, including NAV calculations, cash management, and reconciliations; ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders; conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decision-making and fund performance evaluation; develop and maintain financial models to assess fund profitability and viability. As the Financial Controller, you need to stay current on industry regulations and ensure fund compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. You will work closely with the investment, legal, compliance functions and manage any ad hoc assignments. Requirements You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a minimum of 12 years of fund controllership / fund finance experience. Prior teams and fund set up experiences are highly valued. You are a self-starter, hands-on and detail-oriented person. You are someone that will thrive in a fast pace environment. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to influence are essential.
