SaaS Technical Consultant As a member of the SaaS Infrastructure Delivery team, your role as a Technical Consultant will involve working with our Hosting Providers to efficiently provision and deliver infrastructure to SaaS clients. You will also be responsible for implementing infrastructure management processes, such as capacity management and patch management, to ensure a stable and reliable service. Additionally, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement and evolution projects within the team. Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of infrastructure and IT services to SaaS clients while meeting specifications.

  • Collaborate with providers to ensure adherence to security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor and provide support for the infrastructure of existing clients, focusing on maintaining the quality and stability of the platform.
  • Follow up on support tickets, ensuring clear and effective communication until resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure delivery procedures, including conducting regular performance reviews, managing user access, overseeing capacity and vulnerability management, and more.
  • Adhere to team processes while actively proposing improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee standard maintenance activities such as hardware management, patching, and upgrades (Windows, Linux, DB, etc.) in collaboration with providers.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them as necessary, working with relevant experts to find resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Possess substantial experience in a Networking or Infrastructure support role, preferably with professional Cloud Infrastructure experience in AWS.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer networking as applied to cloud environments.
  • Skilled in scripting and developing automation using programming languages such as Python or Bash, as well as tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Possess broad technical knowledge across multiple domains, including Linux and Windows Server operating systems, virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies, as well as relational database administration and advanced queries.
  • Exhibit a demonstrated ability for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.
