JOB DESCRIPTION This role will be part of the Human Capital organization in Maybank Singapore and report to the Head and SVP of Rewards JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of compensation & benefits in Maybank Singapore by managing rewards programmes and providing compensation & benefit related advisory and support to the various internal and external stakeholders, mainly annual compensation review, incentive programmes design, benefit reviews, rewards related governance and policies -Design and manage the development, implementation and administration of total rewards programmes across all job levels in line with the Bank's philosophy. -Participate in the job and salary benchmarking including value-added rewards surveys with third party consultants, analyze market data results and recommend competitive / best practice rewards strategies accordingly -Prepare and manage manpower budget including analysis of manpower costs -Develop and update rewards-related policies in various modes of communication such as Handbook, Benefits Schedule and others -Prepare reports and decks as required JOB SKILLS Teamwork Critical-Thinking JOB REQUIREMENTS -A degree holder with at least 6-8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits. -Experience in designing, managing and implementing rewards plans/programmes in a medium/large organizations. -Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including the legislative regulations and compliance. -Meticulous, Detail-oriented, Analytical, Pro-active with high level of initiative and Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment -Strategic business acumen, strong project management and stakeholder management skills. -Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of macro, dashboard, workplace analytics and accounting entries will be advantageous. -Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking sector will be advantageous.
