Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain IT portfolio management framework for SGAD IT and execute IT portfolio management exercise regularly within SGAD IT functions
• Control, manage and monitor annual IT investment budget application process and lead prioritization of IT project with SGAD IT team as well as user department
• Establish and maintain IT incident management process, and lead to solve incident as IT incident manager, and lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis), work with CMT team and region
• Maintain SCP/BCP procedure
• Work with SRM and LCS to comply MAS644 regulation
• Work with regional IT team and HO global IT team as SGAD IT window
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across the organization to ensure awareness and alignment of IT initiatives and SGAD IT activities
• Provide support to system team in SGAD
• Promote project assigned by SH and/or SGAD management
