Join as Senior Quality Management System Support. Lead IQA activities, analyze findings, and provide expert QMS support. Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Quality Management System Support (IQA) specialist to lead IQA activities, analyze findings, and provide expert support on QMS queries. Requires 3+ years' experience in SEPG or software environments certified to CMMI or ISO 9001:2015, with proficiency in CMMI, ISO 9001 systems, and software development life cycles. Strong auditing and analytical skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities, are essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop comprehensive IQA checklists based on objectives and scope.
  • Lead IQA activities including desk-checks and verification of artifacts from processes.
  • Analyze evidence for IQA, draw conclusions, and prepare detailed findings and observations for communication to auditees and management.
  • Drive follow-up verification of corrective actions and record implementation and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert support on user queries regarding Quality Management systems and processes.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment certified to CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • In-depth understanding of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles, and ISO 9001 systems.
  • Proficiency in software development life cycles and related processes.
  • Strong auditing and analytical skills with a proven ability to identify root causes of process issues.
  • Demonstrated capability to identify and implement good practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong listening skills and patience.
  • Proficient with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
  • Experience in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
