The Company We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Director to join our client on a 12 months extendable project. The Program Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership on enterprise-wide transformation to implement S4/Hana platform across multiple regions, driving strategic direction and ensuring successful transformation. The Role
- Lead project design, build, and implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
- Resolve complex issues and manage interdependencies between projects to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide direction to SAP PMO, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget throughout the implementation process.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships for effective project delivery, fostering collaborative relationships and driving performance excellence.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure project success, seeking insights and building trust to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Drive optimization of project financials and resourcing, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish SAP COE and lead platform strategy, defining standards and best practices to guide project teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ensure secure implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements, partnering with governance and security teams to mitigate risks and safeguard data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP ERP experience, preferably in global implementations with multinational companies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of driving successful transformations.
- Deep understanding of SAP technologies and business processes, with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
