Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with business units through effective communication and collaboration.

- Conduct month-end financial close activities with precision and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain robust management reporting frameworks.
- Deliver timely and insightful analysis of business performance to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business finance, performance management, or management reporting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Thorough understanding of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
