Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner
- Generate leads through proactive social media engagement and outreach strategies
- Review and provide constructive feedback on social media content to ensure alignment with our brand`s voice and objectives
- Occasionally create engaging, brand-appropriate posts, including text, images, and videos
- Moderation of some crypto projects
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices, especially TIER-1 Memes and trends
- Experience in communicating with corporate clients
- Proven 2 years experience in social media engagement or a similar role (Twitter, DMs, Telegram Community Management)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to make conversations, that won`t be Al-generated style
- Ability to quickly complete urgent assignments
- Stress tolerance and ability to deal with negativity
- Fast learning and multitasking ability
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust engagement strategies accordingly
