• The Procurement Manager will beResponsible for developing, implementing & managing ofProcurement Systems & Procedures in order to optimize theparameters of cost, delivery and quality through planning,negotiations and supplier-management activities. Maximize costsaving, ensure quality and on-time delivery and achieve performanceobjectives of procurement.• PrincipalAccountabilities & responsibilities:•Plan, direct and manage procurement activities and Managepurchasing information and systems.•Departmental staff development, training andmanagement.• Effective proactive liaison withother departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet, and tosupply demand to relevant quality.• Paymentterms negotiation, optimization andmanagement.• Liaise with technical and projectteams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencyimprovement in the procurement strategy.•Develop and monitor an efficient and well-structured procurementprocess. Ensure ethical principles and standards of sourcingpurchasing practices.
