This position would be responsible for providing a superior level of sales support to Business, Commercial & Consumer Radio accounts, along with servicing & growing the existing business. The ideal applicant would be an enthusiastic and self-motivated top performer who is interested in a position with untapped growth potential. The territory for this position is National in scope with accounts throughout Canada. This position would report to the Kay Accounts Manager & Inside Sales Team Lead. A day in the life:·        Primary responsibility is to sell our products to our existing direct accounts - B2B accounts. ·        Perform all sales/support functions either through face-to-face meetings or through online meeting platforms or telephone calls.·        Identify sales opportunities through targeted cold calls, tele-prospecting, e-mail, and social media while leveraging existing internal sources of sales leads.·        Call on perspective customers, provide product information through presentations or demonstrations and recommend products based on customers' needs and interests.·        Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Forecasting/Tracking tools to be utilized to report progress to Team Lead.·        Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. ·        Provide clients with the highest levels of customer service throughout the entire sales life cycle.·        Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships. ·        Administrative/reporting etc.·        Learn product portfolio with the expectation to train and educate assigned accounts as required.·        Attend Trade shows and support (some weekend and travel if necessary).·        Other related duties as required.  What you bring to the team:·        1-2 years of experience in one of the following areas: sales, retail, customer service or marketing.·        A strong desire to win, achieve goals and to be rewarded based on results.·        An ability to build business in a predominately end user environment. ·        Customer focused attitude - can build your own client base and enhance business relationships with existing clients.·        Cold calling and business generation skills. ·        Self-motivation, confidence and an ability to work autonomously. ·        Strong working knowledge of a number of business programs, including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.·        A dynamic personality with an ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders. ·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, time management and planning skills.·        High level of professionalism and integrity.·        Willingness to work flexible hours when the business requires.·        Post-Secondary Education (Preferred but not required). ·        A valid Canadian driver's license (Must) and a reliable vehicle - able to visit clients on a daily basis in various locations when needed.  We've got you covered.…We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health, prescription, vision and dental coverage, vacation time and more. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and Lenbrook's Accommodation Policy, accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process.
