Main Purpose of the job:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our organization as a Roving Area Manager. The Roving Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations within our company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned areas.Desirable Education and experience:Grade 12Minimum 5 Years of experience in cleaning and health care is compulsoryExperience in highly commercial and sensitive markets is compulsorySenior Project Management experience in a hospitality/cleaning would be an advantageKnowledge, Skills, and Competencies:Knowledge of the hospital environmentKnowledge of South African and industry-specific lawsCustomer service skillsManagement skillsCommunication skillsAbility to draft and extract reportsKey Areas of ResponsibilityAssisting with all problematic sitesAssisting with additional audits and checks for both regionsAssisting in printing and delivering tick sheet, stock, and ad hoc deliveries, if necessary, during the monthAssisting with additional report and new innovations to monitorIn the absence of a dedicated Area Manager, the Roving Area Manager will assume the following responsibilities:Key areas of responsibility:Managing all subordinate staff on the integrated service in accordance with sector strategy, contract specification, and statutory regulationsProvide operational supportOversee client servicesIndustrial relations supportDaily e-mail with turnaround time of 48 hoursWeekly reportingMonthly CM meeting and training sessionEnsuring PRP is updated weekly and approved monthlyMonthly stock order to be checked against stock on site and added to the picking slips for monthly ordersDelivering of stationary and ad hoc materials and consumablesHearings for sitesTelephonic support to Contracts managers100% compliance to routingEnsure compliance for HSE and Hospital auditsLabour complianceAdditional considerations:Driver's LicenseEmpact Group is committed to Employment Equity in line with legislation and will give first preference to candidates as per Equity requirements.By applying for a role within Empact Group (Proprietary) Limited, all Personal Information that you provide to the Company will be held and/ or stored securely for the purpose of recruitment.
