We encourage our team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.Candidates who do not thrive under pressure and who are not inherently dedicated to being the best they can be through a self-learning attitude do not enjoy our environment.OverviewThe Technical Content Writer will report directly to the Development Manager.Sintrex Technical Content Writers are English Language experts and assist all staff with proofreading client-facing andimportant company documents.They will be working closely with the Product Owner to ensure Product Documentation and the Sintrex Wiki ismaintained and updated.They will need to update the Skills Facilitator with regards to product documentation in order for them to create andmaintain internal training material.Core OutputsUpdating the Sintrex Wiki (wordpress)Updating of product documentation, release notes and user manualsUpdating of FAQ's and troubleshooting guidesUpdating technical user guidesWork with subject matter experts to obtain accurate informationProofreading various documentation and technical materialCollaborate with Development, Training and Solution teamsProficient in English verbal and written communication skillsExceptional knowledge of correct grammar and spellingExperience in copywriting and proofreadingHigh degree of computer literacyProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMinimum of 2 years relevant work experienceCompetent in information retrieval, analysis, and collationWordPress exposureBasic understanding of networking and IT infrastructureAbility to multitaskBasic HTML knowledgeGrav exposure would be beneficialMeticulous attention to detailHigh degree of professionalismStrong sense of ownershipPassion, drive and ability to learn new skillsTeam orientated as well as an ability to work independentlyAble to work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWell organizedApplications that do not meet this requirement will automatically be disqualified.
