Advise theproduction pod on content needs and best practice should SEM be creating the adcontent.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements:Designing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital paid campaigns fromconception to launch and reporting for YouTube, Google Search & Display (with the help of an external consultant), Facebook, TikTok and InstagramWorking cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goalsProviding ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevantstakeholders, including Internal teams and clientsDefining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs for improvementsBuilding out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-dayexecution of paid mediaOverseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media per clientConducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audiencetargeting to ensure our campaigns meet client objectivesCreating and presenting reports to clients on performanceMaintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies andstrategiesAttending client and internal briefingsMaintaining all administrative documents, files and folders for paid mediaprojectsUpdating any project management tools like Trello and SlackAny other tasks that could reasonably be expected from a paid media specialistDesired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Completed MatricSocial Media Marketing Certification - advantageous2+ years experience of hands-on digital marketing in paid media - agency experience preferentialStrong understanding of YouTube as a brand building platform and its functionalities, as well as best practice for running paid ads on the platformExperience working on Google Ad's specifically search and videoExperience in managing paid digital accountsExperience in managing paid digital campaigns with performance driven goals (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)Experience with Google Analytics and how to implement and interpret dataMust have a passion for Digital MarketingMust know how to work with budgets and how to allocate them effectively across different types of online mediaExperience working in a Media Agency within PPC / Google Ads / Search - advantageousExperience within Google Analytics Goals and conversion set up - advantageousExperience with Google Tag Manager and Keyword planned - advantageousStable high speed internet connectionOwn reliable transport with valid drivers license - essentialSouth African with a valid South African IDAn absolute passion for YouTube and online videoPackage & RemunerationThe Position: We're looking for an energetic Specialist.
